Schwarzenegger To Sign New Memoir At MOA
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (AP) — Actor and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will sign copies of his new memoir at the Mall of America Thursday.
"Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story" tells of Schwarzenegger's journey from Austria to the U.S. at age 21. The former Mr. Universe became a millionaire businessman, a movie star and eventually was elected governor of California in 2003.
In his autobiography, Schwarzenegger acknowledges that his inability to be honest with people has hurt those closest to him. His wife Maria Shriver filed for divorce after Schwarzenegger was forced to admit he fathered a child with the family's housekeeper years earlier.
Wristbands for Thursday's signing will be distributed at noon. Schwarzenegger will sign his book starting at 5 p.m. in the Bloomington mall's Rotunda.
