SAUK RAPIDS, Minn. — Police north of the Twin Cities are investigating after finding a man's body at a park early Sunday morning.

The Sauk Rapids Police Department says it responded to a report of a dead man in Lions Park shortly before 7 a.m.

As a result of the investigation, the park and the splash pad are closed until Monday.

At the time, there is no apparent cause of death, police say, and the medical examiner's office will determine a cause of death.

The man was identified as 34-year-old Devon Michael Majersky.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting in the investigation.
