Sanford Opening Second Clinic In Alexandria, Minn.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Dakotas-based Sanford Health is opening a second clinic in the Minnesota city of Alexandria.
Sanford said services that will be offered at the new clinic will range from pediatric cardiology to podiatry. The clinic is to open Jan. 6.
Sanford said that since January 2012 it has added 12 specialties and 16 caregivers in Alexandria to better serve the community.
Sanford is based in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Fargo, N.D. It bills itself as the nation's largest not-for-profit rural health care provider, with locations in 126 communities in nine states.
