Reward Offered For Info On Shooting That Left Girl, 10, Injured
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in Minneapolis say a reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the shooter who fired the bullet that struck a 10-year-old girl while she was in bed.
The shooting happened early last month on the 1600 block of Plymouth Avenue in north Minneapolis. Police say the victim was in her bedroom when a bullet burst through her wall and struck her in the foot.
Since the shooting, investigators have gone door-to-door for weeks to get information on a possible suspect. Police say many people were outside when the shooting happened.
On Sunday, police said a reward is being offered in the case. The award amount was not specified.
