Report: DWI Attorney Arrested For DWI
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Stillwater DWI attorney found himself in jail early Friday morning after being arrested for allegedly drinking and driving, authorities said.
Washington County jail documents show Samuel Surface was booked for DWI at 1:08 a.m. and released at 3:37 a.m.
According to Surface's website, he can answer all your questions when it comes to DWI laws in Minnesota.
"Sam Surface is an attorney who is up to date on the current status of DWI and DUI law and can best defend your rights," his site says.
Surface confirmed his arrest to the St. Paul Pioneer Press Friday, saying he made a shortsighted decision and should have known better.
