The National Weather Service is reporting that in parts of the state, temperatures will dip below freezing overnight.
Tony Zaleski is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
"It's unusual to see this in June," Zaleski said.
Cold Weather
He said there are areas of the state that will be affected more than others.
"And we are looking at temperatures falling to the mid 30s. And the area in questions is basically north and east of line from Princeton to forest lake to north of aline from East Farmington Wisconsin to Island Lake Wisconsin," he said.
Zaleski said if you live in those areas, you should cover your plants or bring them inside.
