Recipe: Kohlrabi Slaw
Dressing
3 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
5 Tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
Whisk all together.
Slaw
4 radishes, grated
3 carrots, grated
3 kohlrabi, cut into matchsticks (about 3 cups)
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
Handful of celery leaves, coarsely chopped
Toss all vegetables in a large bowl, add dressing, toss to combine
