Police: Woman Arrested For Making Machete Threats
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Willmar police arrested a 50-year-old woman who allegedly threatened someone with a machete Saturday morning at a farmers market.
Police received a complaint concerning Betty Denice Reveles at approximately 10:50 a.m. According to the complaint, Reveles threatened someone with a machete at a farmers market, located at the 1600 block of Highway 12 East, and lingered about the farmers market with the machete in her bag.
Police described the machete as a heavy knife with a broad blade.
Reveles faces charges of assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, police said.
