Police: South Minneapolis Shooting Leaves 1 Dead
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – An argument on a south Minneapolis street turned deadly Saturday night as gun shots rang out and a man died in the street, police said.
Sgt. William Palmer said authorities responded to reports of an argument and a subsequent shooting at 10:15 p.m. near the intersection of 44th Street East and 33rd Avenue South. When police and emergency crews arrived on the scene, they found a man's body with multiple gunshot wounds lying in the street.
The victim's name will be released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office after they complete their investigation, Palmer said.
As of yet, no arrests have been made.
