Police Arrest Suspect In Alleged City Hall Burglary
ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) -- St. Cloud Police have arrested a homeless man they believe broke into the St. Cloud City Hall last week.
William Levi Brim, 21, was being sought for second degree burglary for allegedly stealing items from multiple offices inside the St. Cloud City Hall over the New Year's weekend.
St. Cloud Police believe Brim is the same man who prompted an evacuation of city hall while authorities to searched the ventilation system because employees heard noises. At that time, no person was found.
