Police Need Help Finding Missing Rochester Man, 21
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Rochester police are asking for the public's help to find a missing 21-year-old man.
William "Harry" Harrison Hempy was last heard from on March 15 at about 5 p.m. when he spoke to his father via cellphone.
Hempy told his father he would not be home in time for a scheduled outing because he was going out for a run.
His family has not been able to reach him by cellphone since, and his bank records show no activity. Hempy does not have access to a car, is was most likely on foot.
Hempy stands 6 feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has short brown hair and hazel eyes. He is believed to be wearing a black jacket, jeans and a new pair of light-colored ASICS tennis shoes.
Anyone with information on Hempy's whereabouts is urged to call 911 or Rochester Police at 507-328-6800.
