FOUND SAFE: Missing 49-Year-Old Duluth Woman
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Teri Lynn Schaeffer, a 49-year-old Duluth woman, was found safe, the Duluth Police Department says. Police say she went missing under suspicious circumstances.
