Police: Man Touched Himself Inappropriately At Roseville Park
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Roseville Police have issued a crime alert after a woman reported seeing a man touching himself inappropriately at a park.
Police said around 7 p.m. on Monday a woman reported that she parked her vehicle at a parking lot at Central Park in Roseville.
When she got out of the car, she noticed a man staring directly at her.
She didn't feel safe and returned to her vehicle, but when she looked back the man was inappropriately touching himself under his clothing. He fled the scene.
Police checked the area, but weren't able to find him.
He is described as being a tall, white man, with a thin build, and between 20-30 years old. He was wearing a dark sweatshirt with a hood up.
Police said to call them if you see suspicious activity in the area or if you've witnessed a similar incident in that area.
