Police: Man Poses As Officer, Makes Harassing Calls
ST. CLOUD, Minn. (WCCO) -- St. Cloud Police is searching for a man who allegedly made harassing phone calls to people about their unpaid fines, pretending to be a police officer.
Residents reported to police that the number showing up on their caller ID was from the St. Cloud Police Department's non-emergency line.
The man on the phone allegedly told the residents that they had unpaid fines and complained about their bad driving habits.
