Police Looking For Suspect In Forest Lake Armed Robbery
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities in the north Twin Cities metro are looking for a suspect after a man committed an armed robbery in Forest Lake Thursday morning.
The incident happened at Dazy Maze, an incense store on the 700 block of Lake Street South in Forest Lake, at about 10:45 a.m. Police said only on worker was in the store during the time of the robbery and no customers or employees were hurt.
Police said the suspect threatened an employee with a gun and fled the scene in a red car after getting an undisclosed amount of money. They're reviewing surveillance video to see if they can identify the suspect. The man was wearing a camouflage jacket, baseball cap and jeans at the time of the robbery.
