Police Looking For 3 Suspects In Minnetonka Armed Robbery
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police in Minnetonka said they are looking for as many as three suspects after an armed robbery Monday morning at the Lone Spur Bar & Grill.
Authorities were called to the restaurant on the 11000 block of Cedar Lake Road in Minnetonka at about 9:58 a.m. on a report of an armed robbery. When police arrived, they learned three black men wearing masks entered the back door of the restaurant and all were carrying pistols.
The suspects gained access to the office, but couldn't open the safe. They then took wallets and cell phones from bar employees. The suspects fled the scene before police arrived.
No employees were hurt in the incident, and police said the search for the suspects is ongoing. Anyone with information about the incident should call Minnetonka Police at (952) 939-8578.
