Police: Forest Lake Motorcyclist Collides With Car, Dies
OAK GROVE, Minn. (WCCO) -- A 40-year-old Forest Lake man died Friday afternoon in Oak Grove when his motorcycle collided with a car at an intersection, authorities said.
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office said the incident took place at 5:08 p.m. at the intersection of Vikings Boulevard and University Avenue. Resuscitation efforts failed and the motorcyclist died at the scene, while neither the driver or the passenger of the vehicle were injured.
There is no indication of alcohol or controlled substances involved. The identify of the victim will be released at a later date.
