Police: Annandale Death Ruled Homicide, 2 Arrested
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Annandale Police say two people have been arrested in connection with a 42-year-old man's death.
On Saturday, Kyle Greene was found deceased in a residence located on Poplar Avenue North. The following day, the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office ruled the death a homicide, police say.
Tyler James Fisher, 19, of Annandale was arrested for second-degree murder and Samara Leigh Juhl, 19, of Otsego was arrested for aggravated robbery.
The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the death is asked to call the Annandale Police Department or the Wright County Sheriff at 763-682-1162.
The family of Kyle Greene issued a statement Monday, thanking those who expressed their condolences and offered their prayers. They added that they will not give interviews because they are cooperating with the investigation.
"We recognize that in our small community where people care about each other, it is natural to try and get answers to make sense of any tragedy. We are learning that you simply cannot make sense out of a senseless tragedy like this. We thank everyone, especially the media, for respecting our privacy and allowing us to grieve and heal as a family during this very difficult time," the statement said.
The Wright County Attorney's Office expects to file charges late Tuesday morning. Fisher and Juhl are expected to appear in court at 11 a.m.
