Police: 2 Arrested After Pulling Gun On Man In Washington Co. Burglary
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police arrested two people Monday after a man interrupted a burglary in Baytown Township.
Cmdr. Brian R. Mueller, of the Washington County Sheriff's Office, said officers responded to the scene around 11:20 a.m. after receiving a report that an individual had pointed a gun at a man. Officers then determined the man had interrupted a residential burglary.
The burglary suspect fired the weapon and then fled the scene, Mueller said. Police arrested two people shortly after. Their identities, however, were not given.
The incident is still under investigation, but Mueller said police are not currently looking for suspects.
Officers from the Oak Park Heights Police Department also responded to the incident.
