Police: 1 Hospitalized After Stabbing In Coon Rapids
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Authorities say one person has been hospitalized after a stabbing late Tuesday night in Coon Rapids.
Police were called to the 10000 block of Patridge Street in Coon Rapids at around midnight on a report of a stabbing. When authorities arrived, a victim was taken to Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids to be treated for unspecified injuries.
Police are not saying how serious the injuries were and don't know if the victim as a male or female. Authorities said they have not made an arrest, but they do have a suspect in the incident. Police say the suspect fled the scene on foot before police could get there.
Authorities say the incident has been turned over to the Anoka County Sheriff's Office for further investigation.
