Police: Person With Wrist Rocket Firing At Vehicles
PLYMOUTH (WCCO) -- Police are asking for the public's help after three incidents have been reported of rocks being fired from wrist rockets at vehicles traveling in Plymouth.
The incidents have been reported as taking place on June 7, June 9 and June 17 on Interstate 494 between Schmidt Lake Road and County Road 47. All incidents have occurred around midnight.
In the June 17 incident, a rock crashed through the passenger side window of the vehicle, injuring the passenger and inflicting glass injuries upon an infant, police said.
