Plymouth Gas Station Giving Away Free Car Washes
PLYMOUTH, Minn. (WCCO) -- With the weather temporarily warming up, it was a good time Friday to get your car washed. And a local gas station gave consumers even more incentive to do it.
The Plymouth Station Auto Center on County Road 24 gave away free car washes from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
Not only that, but they also gave out free $1 bills as well. So, essentially, people got paid to be the station's customers.
Workers handed out candy canes, hot chocolate and coffee, too.
The station is locally-owned, and the owner said she just wants to share the holiday spirit.
