Pedestrian Ian Michael Rosch Killed In Apple Valley Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say 37-year-old Ian Michael Rosch was struck by a vehicle Thursday night at Cedar Avenue and County Road 42.
Around 7 p.m., witnesses say Rosch darted into northbound traffic unexpectedly, leaving the driver little time to react.
Rosch was taken to the Hennepin County Medical Center with serious injuries, Apple Valley police say.
On Friday, police said Rosch had died as a result of his injuries.
