Patrol: Cyclist Anthony Hodge Killed After Being Hit By Car North Of Waseca
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 30-year-old cyclist was killed Tuesday evening after being hit by a car near Waseca.
The Minnesota State Patrol says Anthony Hodge, of Waseca, was cycling on Highway 13 north of the city around 6:40 p.m. when he was struck by an Oldsmobile Bravada driven by a 23-year-old woman.
Hodge was pronounced dead at the scene.
Road conditions were wet. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
