Chanhassen Planning Commission Votes To Rezone Paisley Park
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The plan to turn Prince's home and recording studio into a museum took another step forward Tuesday night.
The Chanhassen Planning Commission passed a motion to re-zone Paisley Park to allow for it to become museum. The commission also added amendments to conduct a transportation study.
They want to see about designating a bus route on Highway 5 and coming up with a safety plan for the intersection near Paisley Park.
These rezoning plans now head to the full City Council for a vote Oct. 3.
Public tours of the site are scheduled to begin Oct. 6.
