Overnight Shooting In Minneapolis Leaves 2 Hurt
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Police are investigating an early morning shooting that left two injured, and they're looking for suspects.
Investigators said a man was shot in the buttocks, and a woman was hurt because of flying glass. Police responded to the shooting just after midnight Thursday on the 700 block of Newton Avenue North in Minneapolis. Authorities said both victims are expected to fully recover from their injuries.
Police said a red car in the street near where the shooting took place also had several bullet holes. Authorities said no arrests have been made, and anyone with information about the incident should call Minneapolis Police.
