One Of Henn. Co.'s Most Wanted Captured
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - One of the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Top Ten Most Wanted criminals has been arrested in Chicago.
According to authorities, 31-year-old Devon McFerrin was apprehended after he was pulled over by Chicago Police.
Police say McFerrin, who's known by the nickname "Church," sold heroin to Timothy St. John in the parking lot of the Pennwood Market in north Minneapolis on February 20, 2012. St. John died later that night from an overdose in a Hopkins apartment.
McFerrin was originally charged with third-degree murder. He gave Chicago Police another name, but his fingerprints revealed his true identity and he was arrested.
