O.J. Simpson's Former Girlfriend Facing Drug Charges In Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota woman who once was O.J. Simpson's girlfriend is facing drug charges in Moorhead, Minn.
Thirty-seven-year-old Christie Prody is accused of stealing pain killers from the home of a Moorhead couple where she worked as a nurses aide.
Prody, a who graduated from high school in St. Anthony, had a 13-year relationship with Simpson after he was acquitted of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole, and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994. Simpson is now serving a prison sentence for armed robbery and kidnapping.
Prody, who still has relatives in northwestern Minnesota, was allegedly caught on surveillance video stealing the pain killers. She is charged with burglary and drug possession in Clay County.
