ND Man Sentenced For Drug Crime, Retaliation
FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- A Fargo man who authorities say conspired to sell about 2 pounds of marijuana in North Dakota and Minnesota and then retaliated against a witness when he got caught has been sentenced to four years in federal prison.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says 29-year-old Frank Kurz will be on supervised release for three years following his prison term.
Kurz pleaded guilty in April to conspiring to sell the drugs in late 2009, and to threatening a potential witness in the case in Minnesota's Polk County.
