ND Man Pleads Guilty In MN To Child Porn Charge
WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) -- A Wahpeton man has pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography from his collection of more than 75,000 images and nearly 1,900 videos.
Forty-one-year-old William Upshaw pleaded guilty this week in federal court in Minnesota. U.S. Attorney B. Todd Jones says Upshaw faces at least 15 years in prison and as many as 40 years.
A sentencing hearing was not immediately scheduled.
