N.J. Man Accused Of Prostituting Minn. Teen
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A New Jersey man has been indicted for allegedly taking a teenage girl across the country for purposes of prostitution.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 32-year-old Floyd Henry, of Newark, took the girl to Chicago and Denver between August 2009 and April the following year.
He also allegedly also coerced an adult woman to travel with him as a prostitute, as well.
The FBI was involved in the investigation of Floyd's activities.
He faces a potential sentence of 20 years in prison on each of the two counts of inducing travel to engage in criminal sexual activity, if convicted.
The U.S. Justice Department pointed out that the Twin Cities metro area is among the 15 largest zones for human trafficking in the country.
