Water Search In Roseville Called Off After Tipster Says Boater Left Lake

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A search for a missing boater in Roseville has been called off Tuesday morning after someone told authorities they saw the boater park and leave the lake late Monday night.

The Minnesota Air Rescue Team (MART), was assisting in the search after a boater's vehicle was found at the launch at McCarrons Lake, but the boat was found empty.

MART has since been cleared by Ramsey County authorities, the organization said.

MART is a cooperative effort between the Minnesota State Patrol Aviation and the St. Paul Fire Department's Advanced Technical Rescue Team.
