MSU-Moorhead Mistakenly Sends Acceptance Letters To 200 Students
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minnesota State University-Moorhead is doing some damage control Wednesday morning with some students who might be hoping to attend the school.
It sent more than 200 acceptance letters to people who weren't supposed to get them. School officials say these applicants should have been passed on to the review committee, but instead were automatically admitted.
The university said it hopes to make amends. It's admitting all those students as long as they agree to take part in an academic success plan.
