MSU-Mankato Coach To Be Suspended
MANKATO, Minn. (WCCO) -- Even though he's been cleared of child pornography charges, MSU-Mankato's football coach still faces a suspension.
Beginning in January, Todd Hoffner will be suspended for 20 days, apparently for using a school-issued cellphone to take videos of his naked children dancing.
Attorney Connie Howard of the Inter-Faculty Organization says the union will fight the suspension.
"The union has already grieved the suspension and will certainly be making the argument that the employer did not have just cause to take that action against him," said Howard.

Minnesota-State Mankato has not indicated whether Hoffner will get his coaching job back or be re-assigned to another position.
