Mo. Man Indicted On 9 Counts Of Murder In Brooklyn Park Triple Slaying
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A grand jury indicted a Missouri man Thursday on nine counts of first-degree murder for allegedly killing three people in a Brooklyn Park home.
Eddie Matthew Mosley, 34, is charged in connection with the April shooting deaths of 59-year-old Delois Bolden Brown and her parents, James Henry Bolden and Clover Bolden.
According to a criminal complaint:
On April 9, Mosley went to the Brooklyn Park home to allegedly kill a teen who had accused him of rape.
Days before, Mosley had been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with the teen. Mosley got in contact with the teen's mother, a relation of his, and told her to make the charge "go away." The mother refused.
Mosley knew the teen's mother would drop her off at the Brooklyn Park home, which was also a day care. The teen, however, not dropped off on April 9.
Mosley, who had driven from St. Louis to Minnesota, rode up to the home on a bike he had brought along. He then entered the home and shot Brown and her parents.
For each victim, the Hennepin County Grand Jury indicted Mosley for premeditated first-degree murder, committing murder while also committing burglary and for committing murder and burglary while possessing a gun.
Mosley is being held at the Hennepin County Jail and is expect in to be in court Friday.
