MN Company Invents Video Chat For Pets
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A Minnesota company has created a way for pet owners to stay in touch with their furry friends.
"PetChatz" was created by Burnsville-based Anser Innovation.
It's essentially a video-phone for pets. Owners can "chat" with their pets remotely, from their laptop, tablet or smartphone.
The device can also pop out a treat.
According to reports, it also comes with sound and motion detectors to tell the owner when their pet is near the device.
PetChatz is Anser Innovation's first offering, according to their website. They hope to retail the device in late spring, but it's currently available for preorder online.
