Missing Minn. Man Turns Up Safe In Oklahoma
DULUTH, Minn. (AP) -- A missing Minnesota man who suffers from a rare form of memory lapse has turned up safe in Oklahoma.
Scott Tridgell left his family's Duluth home on Dec. 13. He left a note saying he was heading to a job interview, but his family had not heard from him.
Duluth police say Tridgell walked into Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, but was not able to tell hospital staff who he was. University of Oklahoma police investigated and were able to identify Tridgell and that he was the missing person from Duluth.
Tridgell's father, Gary, tells the Duluth News Tribune that the Duluth police officer who called early Wednesday said, "We've got some good news."
A spokeswoman with the OU Medical Center says Tridgell is in good condition.
