Missing Level 3 Predatory Offender In Custody
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Officials is western Minnesota have located a missing predatory offender and taken him into custody.
According to Alexandria police, level 3 predatory offender Israel Jon Lenthe's vehicle was found in Grant County near Pelican Lake and Highway 78. Lenthe's ankle bracelet had been removed and was found in the vehicle.
Police said there were shoe tracks in the snow leaving the vehicle. A search was conducted in Grant and Ottertail counties Friday morning.
Lenthe is registered in Alexandria and resides on the 700 block of Nokomis Street.
A level 3 offender is considered to be the highest risk.
