Husband Of Jeanine Greyblood Arrested After Her Body's Discovered Near Little Falls
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Little Falls police have arrested the husband of 37-year-old Jeanine Greyblood with connection to her disappearance and death.
Authorities say the 30-year-old suspect was taken into custody just after 1 p.m. Sunday at the city's police station. He first reported Greyblood missing on Saturday morning.
He told police Greyblood walked away from their residence and wasn't dressed for the extreme cold. Her body was discovered at about 12:45 p.m. on Sunday.
Greyblood's autopsy is being performed by the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office. Several agencies are assisting with the investigation, including the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
WCCO does not typically identify suspects before they are formally charged. Police say Greyblood's husband will likely be charged early next week.
