Minnesota Winery Celebrates Anniversary With Grand Re-Opening
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A trip to Napa for wine sounds nice, doesn't it? But how about a trip to Waconia instead?
Turns out, you don't have to escape to California to taste, and make, your own wine!
Parley Lane Winery in Waconia has been a farm winery in Minnesota for eight years. They partner, and share their location, with Deardorff Orchards and Vineyards.
While operating for eight years, they have only been open to the public for six.
Saturday, May 30, marks the start of their 7th year open for public tastings and tours. They will be hosting a Grand Re-opening in honor of the anniversary.
This week, they are bottling five spring wines, and are offering guests a chance to come in and bottle wine as well.
