Minnesota Wild Reassign Zack Phillips
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- The Minnesota Wild are sending center Zack Phillips back to the Saint John Sea Dogs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The 18-year-old was the 28th overall pick in the 2011 NHL draft this summer. He's since had one assist in two preseason contests with the Wild.
He had 38 goals and 57 assists in 67 games with the Saint John Sea Dogs last season.
