Minnesota State Fair Unveils New Attractions

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Fans of the Minnesota State Fair are marking their calendars, as the event is just over a month away. And this year will bring with it plenty of new attractions to check out.

The West End Market is a brand new, one-of-a-kind destination. It includes the Minnesota State Fair History & Heritage Center, a stage with free music and entertainment all 12 days of the fair, dozens of new specialty merchants and, of course, plenty of food.

Also new this year will be the Extreme Canines Stunt Dog Show, featuring talented rescue dogs. Admission is free.

And don't skip the Mighty Midway or the Kidway. This year, they will each boast four thrilling new rides to check out. The Midway will feature Crazy Dance, Hurricane, Rock It, and Stinger.
