Minn. Musicians Plan Japan Relief Concerts
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Twin Cities musicians of all styles are teaming up for two concerts next week to benefit Japan earthquake and tsunami relief efforts.
More than 50 musicians are set to play Monday and Tuesday at Rudolph's BBQ in south Minneapolis.
The musicians are playing for free. A $10 donation is suggested.
Among the performers are Curtiss A, Papa John Kolstad, Paul Metsa, Mick Sterling, Arne Fogel, Kevin Bowe, Mary Jane Alm, Sherwin Linton and J.D. Steele.
The shows run each 5 p.m. to midnight each night. Rudolph's is donating all net profits from both nights to the American Red Cross.
