Minn. Man Dies After Earlier Hit-And-Run In Iowa
SHELBY, Iowa (AP) -- A Minnesota man hurt earlier this month in a hit-and-run crash in Iowa has died of his injuries.
The Iowa State Patrol told KJAN-AM that 31-year-old Mosadaq Aden, of St. Paul, Minn., suffered a crushed pelvis and severe head injuries July 6 when he was struck by a car while walking along an Interstate 80 exit ramp near Shelby. He died Friday.
The patrol says the driver fled the scene.
Aden had been traveling from across the country, hitchhiking when he couldn't find other transportation.
