Memorial Tuesday Night For 3 Murdered Sisters
RIVER FALLS, Wis. (WCCO) -- In the face of unimaginable grief for a mother in River Falls, there is a tremendous outpouring for support for Jessica Schaffhausen, who today will mourn with others at a memorial service for her three daughters.
The girls -- 11-year-old Amara, 8-year-old Sophie, and 5-year-old Cecilia -- were murdered a week ago today, allegedly by their father, 34-year old Aaron Schaffhausen.
"The community has been amazing in their support. They've gone out of their way to do everything they can to make life a little easier for us," said Flint Watt, Jessica Schaffhausen's uncle, who is serving as family spokesman.

Police say Aaron Schaffhausen killed the girls last Tuesday during a surprise visit to the family's River Falls home. After killing the girls, police say he placed them in their beds before calling his ex-wife and telling her that he'd killed the kids.
He's charged with three counts of first-degree murder and being held on $2 million bond.
A visitation will be held at Kilkarney Hills Golf Course in River Falls this afternoon at 4 p.m. The memorial service is at 7 p.m.
Police are still looking for a laptop computer he may have thrown from his car -- a blue Chevy Cruze --before he turned himself in. If you have any information please contact authorities.
