MDH: Minnesota's COVID Contact Tracer Backlog Averaging 5,000 Cases Per Day
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Department of Health says state and county contract tracers are struggling to keep up with how fast COVID-19 is spreading.

Officials says it's seeing a backlog of about 5,000 cases per day, and it's ramping up its staffing to help.
MDH hopes to add 300 more contact tracers by the end of next week.
