Maplewood Police Locate Missing Woman
MAPLEWOOD, Minn. (WCCO) -- Maplewood Police have found the 74-year-old woman, who was reported missing on Saturday.
According to police, Geraldine Bernice LeClaire told her husband she was going to the U.S. Bank on Beam Avenue and then to the Maplewood Bakery.
She left at approximately 8:45 a.m. and did not return. Police say LeClaire suffers from memory loss. They say she was located in Circle Pines, alive and well.
Police say she became confused and got lost.
A Centennial Lakes Police sergeant saw LeClaire's vehicle and stopped it after observing her "erratic driving."
She was reunited with family on Sunday evening.
