Man Robs St. Cloud Walgreens At Gunpoint, Evades Police
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Police are looking for a man who robbed a St. Cloud Walgreens at gunpoint on Dec. 26.
The man entered the store about 15 minutes before midnight and showed a handgun to the cashier of the store, at 2505 Division Street West.
The man left with cash and ran north on 25th Avenue and then East on 1st Street North.
St. Cloud police's attempts to find the man through a perimeter search and to track him with a canine were unsuccessful.
The suspect is described as a black man with brown eyes and freckles in his late 40s, around 5-foot, 10-inches tall and between 180 and 190 pounds.
He was wearing a stocking hat and a black, hooded winter jacket with gray rectangular patches on the shoulders and above the breast pockets.
The man was captured on surveillance footage.
No one was injured in the robbery.
