Man Rescued From Carver County Lake
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A boater was rescued from a Carver County lake Tuesday afternoon.
County officials say a man called 911 just after 2:30 p.m. to report that his boat had partially tipped over on Oak Lake, just east of Watertown.
Crews used an airboat to rescue the man, whom authorities say stayed on the phone the whole time with 911 and remained alert and conscious.
He was taken to an area hospital to be checked out.
