Man Pours Gasoline On Himself, Demands Care At Psychiatric Hospital
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A man holding a lighter poured gasoline on himself before demanding services at a Minnesota psychiatric hospital on Friday, according to the Anoka Police Department.
The 36-year-old male entered the administration building of the Anoka Metro Treatment Regional Center and covered himself in gasoline while holding a lighter.
The man was demanding better housing, care and social services, police said.
No one was injured. Police are unsure if the man was a patient at the center.
